We are excited to announce a new feature - the Communication Log. This log provides a free text box for therapists to document their communication with clients and their families. The Communication Log can be used to record phone calls, email exchanges, or in-person conversations. Examples of information that can be recorded include notes on home exercise plans, changes in availability, or attempts to reach a client. This feature will improve record-keeping and streamline communication.
