Q&A

A: No. Schedule settings are personal preferences and only affect how the Schedule appears for your user account.

A: Yes. The Preferred layout determines how the Schedule opens, but you can still switch between therapist or admin view and Month, Week, and Day views at any time.
Q: What happens if I enter a custom event title?
A: If you enter a custom title when creating or editing an event, that title will appear instead of the default patient name format.
Q: Does Google Calendar sync both ways?
A: No. Calendar sync is one-way from Ambiki to Google Calendar. Changes made in Google Calendar will not sync back to Ambiki.
