Overview
This article explains how to print daily, weekly or monthly schedule calendars, including printing your own schedule calendar and other teammate’s schedule calendars. Administration permissions are required to access other teammate's schedule calendars. It also has a Q&A section that may help to answer specific questions.

Step 1: Open the Schedule calendar page
On the left navigation bar, click Schedule.

Step 2: Select the schedule calendar view (day, week or month)
At the top right, click on the calendar view that you want to print. The selected view is what will be printed (day, week or month).

Step 3: Open the print preview
On the top bar, click the Print icon. A new tab and your browser’s print dialog open automatically.

Step 4: Review and Print
Review your print preview and click print.

Printed Schedule calendar:

First, ensure that you have administration permissions to access other teammate's schedule calendars.

Step 1: Open the Schedule calendar page
On the left navigation bar, click Schedule.

Step 2: Open the Admin Schedule calendar view
At the top click Admin

 
Step 3: Select schedule calendar view (day, week or month)
At the top right, click on the calendar view that you want to print. The selected view is what will be printed (day, week or month).

Step 4: Open Admin calendar view filter
Click on the Admin calendar view filter for the therapist's scheduled events

Step 5: Open the print preview
On the top bar, click the Print icon. A new tab and your browser’s print dialog open automatically.

Step 6: Review and Print
Review your print preview and click print.

Printed Schedule calendar:

Q: I am an administrator; can I print the weekly schedule for the therapists?

A: Yes, you can print the weekly schedule for the therapists. Follow the steps in the How do I print another teammate’s daily, weekly or monthly Schedule Calendar section.


Q: What will the printed Schedule look like?

A: The print view is a clean, print-optimized page. It shows your schedule grouped by day in a simple table format.


Q: Will it keep my calendar filters?

A: Yes. If you have filters applied on your schedule (for example, showing only certain calendars), the print view preserves those active filters.


Q: What details are included on the printed view for each event?

A: The print view for each event displays: Event day, date, time, patient or event title name, event location, event type & patients scheduled for the event.

Q: How are canceled events shown?

A: Canceled events are displayed with a strike through line.
