How Does a Patient Join a Teletherapy Session?

How does a patient join a teletherapy session? 


Ensure that you have a scheduled Teletherapy session created for the date and time that you would like the patient of join.
Ensure that the patient has a parent/legal guardian email and an email preferred listed in their profile.

The patient/parent/legal guardian will receive an email with the Teletherapy session link or the therapist can manually send them the session link.

The patient/parent/legal guardian will need to click on the therapy event session link from the email event reminder or enter the session link to a window/tab on their browser.

Type in or record name > clicks Send

Patient is now waiting for the therapist to admit them into the session and will view one of these messages.

After the therapist admits the patient to the session > Click Join Audio or Cancel
