What is Chat in Teletherapy?
Chat can be used for both individual and group teletherapy. In a group teletherapy session, the chat will be visible to all participants. Patients cannot chat with each other, but the therapist can choose to chat with the group or a specific individual through a private chat message.
Chat can be located by selecting the Chat button at the bottom right of the therapist's or patient’s screen
