💳 Billers / Guardians

  • Billers: Private pay filtering makes it easier to identify superbill-eligible patients and understand your cash-pay mix.

🛠️ Fix - Calendar events access restored

👥 Audience: All users
❗ Issue: There was a temporary issue accessing calendar events.
✅ Action Steps: No action needed. The issue has been addressed.

🚀 New Feature - Private pay only filter on patient list

👥 Audience: Admins, Billers, Schedulers
🛠️ Steps to Access: Patients → use the new Private pay only checkbox in the filter sidebar. No permissions or feature flags required.
📢 What's new?: You can now filter the patient list to show only patients whose active payment methods are all private pay (no insurance, school, Medicare, etc.). Useful for spotting which patients are eligible for superbills and for understanding your cash-pay mix.

🛠️ Fix - Visit notes save for facility-invoicing-only patients with skilled intervention requirements

👥 Audience: Therapists
❗ Issue: Some visit notes could not be saved for facility-invoicing-only patients when the practice required selection of skilled interventions, even though the form indicated that a plan of care was not required if that patient had a signed POC with skilled interventions.
✅ Action Steps: No action required, visit notes can now be saved.
