🛠️ Fix: Check-In & Note Entry from Month View Restored
👥 Audience: Therapists, Admins
📅 Date range affected: Nov. 26th - Dec. 1st
❗ Issue: Users were unable to check-in or write notes when clicking on events from the month view on the calendar.
✅ Action Steps: None required. The fix is automatic upon deploy.
🛠️ Update: Net Payment Amount Shown on Patient Invoices
👥 Audience: Admins
❗ Change: A patient invoice will now show the net payment amount under "Payment amount", in the top section of the invoice, to properly reflect any refunds.
🛠️ Fix: Document Comment Notifications Only Sent to Users with Access
👥 Audience: All
❗ Issue: When a document was commented on, some users received notifications even though they didn’t have permission to view the document, leading to an error on notification click. We’ve updated the logic so notifications are only sent to users who have access. If a commenter mentions a user in the comment who does not have access, that user will no longer receive a notification, and the commenter will see a warning listing the mentioned users who lack permission.
✅ Action Steps: No steps needed at this time.
Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
