We are excited to announce significant updates to caseloads in our latest release. These updates are designed to enhance the user experience, streamline caseload management, and provide greater customization options for organizations.

One of the key highlights is the redesigned user interface and user experience for creating caseloads. We have completely overhauled the process, making it more intuitive and user-friendly. With the new UI/UX, setting up and managing caseloads becomes a seamless and efficient task.

Additionally, we have introduced the much-awaited print to PDF feature. Users can now generate PDF versions of their caseloads with ease. This functionality allows for offline access, sharing, and record-keeping, ensuring that you have a convenient way to maintain a physical or digital copy of your caseloads.

Furthermore, we have added the ability to clone caseloads. This feature enables users to duplicate existing caseloads quickly. Whether you need to create similar caseloads or work with templates, the clone feature saves time and effort by replicating the structure and settings of a caseload.

To further enhance flexibility, we have implemented the option to configure the columns displayed in the caseload view at an organization level. This customization feature empowers organizations to tailor the caseload view to their specific needs and priorities.

Thank you for choosing Ambiki, and we are excited to bring you more updates and enhancements in the future!
