🛠️ Fix: Evaluation PDF Signatures Display Correctly

🛠️ Fix: SMS Reminder Links Route to Correct Login (9/25/2025–present)

🚀 New Feature: Standard Radio Buttons — Clear Default, Require, Hide-if-Empty
👥 Audience: Therapists
🛠️ Steps to Access: Custom Form Control -- Standard Radio Buttons
📢 What's new?: We’ve made the radio button field more flexible and easier to use. You can now remove the default selection using the new “Clear Default Option” button when editing the form, which means therapists will need to actively choose an option instead of one being preselected. You can also mark the question as required, ensuring the therapist cannot submit the form without making a selection. Additionally, there’s an option to hide the field on the completed form if no option is selected or if the default option remains selected. Overall, this update gives you greater control over how radio button questions behave and appear on your forms.
🛠️ Polish: Stay on Edit Screen After Saving Patient Profile
👥 Audience: All
❗ Issue: When editing a patient profile and saving you will stay in the edit screen to continue editing instead of being automatically redirected to the patient profile.
✅ Action Steps: None
🛠️ Fix: AOI & Skilled Interventions Validation in Custom Forms
👥 Audience: Therapists
❗ Issue: This update enhances how custom forms handle Areas of Intervention (AOI) and Skilled Interventions (SI). The form now respects each organization’s setting for requiring Skilled Interventions in Plans of Care and provides immediate, client-side validation in the browser. If a user adds an AOI or SI field but doesn’t make a selection, the form will now show an error message, ensuring required information is completed before saving. Additionally, if the organization requires Skilled Interventions, at least one AOI–SI pair must be added before the form can be submitted.
Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
