🛠️ Update - Clearer Field Meaning Options for Custom Visit Note Forms

👥 Audience: Admins building custom visit note forms

🛠️ Steps to Access: Form editor, under Advanced on any text, text area or rich text component

📢 What's new?: The "Field meaning" options now use plain names like "Subjective data" and "Objective data" so they read clearly no matter what style of note your practice writes. You can also now tag more than one field on the same form with the same meaning, which is useful when a form has several observation areas or splits its plan across a few fields. The optional reminder to tag a field is now shown in yellow rather than red, since setting a meaning is entirely optional and nothing is wrong if you skip it.

Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
