πŸš€ New Feature - Custom form layouts

πŸ‘₯ Audience: Therapists, Admins, anyone who designs custom form templates
πŸ› οΈ Steps to Access: Available once turned on for your organization. Ask your Ambiki contact to enable Custom form layouts for your org; no other setup needed.
πŸ“’ What's new?: Form template designers can now arrange fields side-by-side instead of the single stacked column. In the form editor, a new Layout designer tab lets you drag fields around, resize their width with buttons or a corner grip, and preview how the form will look to the person filling it out. Existing filled forms keep their original look β€” changes to a template's layout only affect forms filled out after the change.

πŸš€ New Feature - Custom calendar colors

πŸ‘₯ Audience: Organization Admins, Therapists
πŸ› οΈ Steps to Access: Available once enabled for your organization. Admins can configure colors via Organization Settings > Calendar colors.
πŸ“’ What's new?: Organizations can now customize the colors used on the calendar.
For Org Admins: A new "Calendar colors" tab in Organization Settings lets you set custom colors for each event type (Therapy, Evaluation, IEP Meeting, etc.), assign distinct colors to each therapist, and assign colors to each location. You can also create sub-type rules β€” for example, give Teletherapy sessions a different color than In-person sessions, even though they share the same event type.
For Therapists: A new "Color by" option in the calendar settings (gear icon) lets each therapist choose how they want their calendar colored. Options include coloring by event type, by location, or using a single uniform color of their choice. The selected preference is saved per user, so each therapist can personalize their own view.
For Calendar Admins: The admin calendar view includes an additional "Color by Therapist" option, which assigns each therapist a distinct color β€” making it easy to visually distinguish whose events are whose when viewing multiple schedules at once.
Calendar text automatically adjusts to light or dark based on the background color for easy readability.

πŸ› οΈ Fix - Signature requests dashboard rows open the correct document

πŸ‘₯ Audience: Therapists, Supervisors (anyone receiving signature requests)
πŸ“… Date range affected: Since the EMR presenter index rollout
❗ Issue: We fixed an issue on the signature requests dashboard where you could not click a row to open the document needing your signature, and where requests from other organizations could appear when you belong to more than one practice.
βœ… Action Steps: No action required β€” visit the signature requests dashboard and click any row to be taken to the document.

πŸ› οΈ Fix - All Documents tab respects document type permissions

πŸ‘₯ Audience: All users
❗ Issue: The "All Documents" tab on a patient's profile could display document types that a user did not have permission to view, even though the documents themselves were not accessible.
βœ… Action Steps: No action needed. Document visibility now respects existing permission settings.

Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
