β Issue: We have fixed an issue where co-signature requests notification emails were getting sent even when notification emails for co-signature requests were not enabled. Co-signature request notifications now respect your notification settings.

Date range affected: Since the physician order status workflow change; most visible on the Expiring orders report.
β Issue: Physician orders that had already been faxed could stop showing their fax status on reports and instead show "Expiring soon" or "Expired," making it hard to tell which orders had already been sent.
