 Added a dedicated deleted status for both LTGs and STGs.
 Deleting an LTG automatically marks all associated STGs as deleted.
 New modals for both LTGs and STGs to capture deletion date, reason, and user.
 Permissions updated:
 Only pending goals can be deleted.
 Only active goals can be marked met/discontinued.
 Org-wide “Manage Patient Goals” permission added.
 Removed legacy/unused status states.

 ❗ Issue: In some cases, you could not add a write off to a patient invoice if that invoice had previously been included in a consolidated invoice that was later deleted.
