Summary by Persona (Grouped by Role)

👩‍⚕️ Clinicians / Therapists

  • Therapists can manage SMS appointment reminder consent by individual phone number and schedule makeup visits more easily by dragging them directly onto the calendar.

🧑‍💼 Admins

  • Admins will see invited or added team members appear on the subscription page right away, can manage SMS reminder consent by phone number, and will see clearer messaging for invalid organization invitations.

💳 Billers / Guardians

  • Billers: No direct changes.

  • Guardians/Patients: Phone number fields on intake forms are easier to complete on mobile, and patients completing an intake form will see a clear consent checkbox when providing a mobile number.

🛠️ Fix - Phone Numbers Now Format Automatically on Intake Forms

👥 Audience: Clients/families completing intake forms (e.g. Welcome Packet)

📅 Date range affected: All custom intake forms with phone number fields

❗ Issue: Some phone number fields on intake forms were difficult to fill out on mobile devices.

✅ Action Steps: None — phone numbers now format automatically as they're typed.

🛠️ Fix - Team Members Now Appear Right Away on the Subscription Page

👥 Audience: Admins (invoiced/manually-billed organizations)

❗ Issue: After inviting or adding a team member, the new member did not immediately appear on the subscription page, making it look like seats could not be added.

✅ Action Steps: No action needed. Newly invited or updated team members now appear right away.

🚀 New Feature - Manage SMS Reminder Consent by Phone Number

👥 Audience: Therapists, Admins

🛠️ Steps to Access: No feature flag or permission required — available to all organizations.

📢 What's new?: Practices can now manage SMS appointment reminder consent for each individual phone number on a patient's profile. When a mobile number is added, staff or the patient can opt that specific number in or out of SMS reminders. Patients completing an intake form will see a clear consent checkbox when providing a mobile number.

🛠️ Fix - Invalid Organization Invitations Now Show a Clear Message

👥 Audience: Invited teammates / Admins

📅 Date range affected: N/A

❗ Issue: We fixed an issue where accepting an organization invitation after being removed from the organization showed an unexpected page.

✅ Action Steps: None. Affected users now see a clear message explaining the invitation is no longer valid and to contact their organization's administrator.

🚀 New Feature - Drag Makeup Visits onto the Calendar

👥 Audience: Therapists

🛠️ Steps to Access: Have a makeup visit assigned to you, open your calendar, and click "Makeup visits" to show the side panel. (Available wherever makeup visits are turned on for the organization.)

📢 What's new?: You can now drag a makeup visit from the side panel straight onto your calendar to schedule it. The new appointment is filled in automatically from the original missed session and placed at the spot where you drop it. If there is an authorization concern, you will be asked to confirm before it is created.

🛠️ Fix - Patient Page Tabs Are Easier to Use on Smaller Screens

👥 Audience: All users

📅 Date range affected: N/A

❗ Issue: On phones and narrow screens, the tabs at the top of a patient's page ran off the edge and were hard to use.

✅ Action Steps: None — the patient page now shows easy-to-use dropdowns on smaller screens automatically.
