  • Alert settings save behavior is improved when no intake document is available.

  • Incoming fax emails now send to all configured email addresses.

  • Patient invoice payment validation errors now display properly instead of silently failing.

  • Exports now use a consistent name format.

πŸ’³ Billers / Guardians

  • Billers benefit from Medicare non-primary payer claim support, clearer payment validation errors, and more consistent export formatting.

  • Guardians are easier to manage from the Legal Guardians list thanks to added email and caseload visibility.

πŸš€ New Feature - Legal Guardians list now includes Email and Caseload columns

πŸ‘₯ Audience: Admins
πŸ› οΈ Steps to Access: Organization Admin -> Legal Guardians. New columns are visible to anyone who can view the legal guardians list.
πŸ“’ What's new?: The legal guardians list now includes an Email and Caseload column. You can export the full list to Excel.

πŸ› οΈ Fix - Add Medicare code option to Patient Payment Method for non-primary payer claims

πŸ‘₯ Audience: Admins
❗ Issue: Adds a code option to the Patient Payment Method if the billable party is Medicare. When billing Medicare as the non-primary payer, this code is included in the claim file.
βœ… Action Steps: For patients with a Medicare payment method, edit their payment methods in the Advanced section. Select the insurance type code applicable to the patient's plan. This code will be used in the claim file when Medicare is the non-primary payer.

πŸ› οΈ Fix - Intake document rules Save disabled until a document can be selected

πŸ‘₯ Audience: Admins
❗ Issue: We fixed a rare issue on Alert settings β†’ Intake document rules where clicking Save when there was no intake document to choose could show an error instead of completing the action. Save is now unavailable until you can pick a document.
βœ… Action Steps: None

πŸ› οΈ Fix - Incoming fax emails now send to all configured addresses

πŸ‘₯ Audience: Admins
❗ Issue: Emails were not being sent to the second configured email set in user settings for incoming faxes. Emails will now get sent to all emails added to that setting.
βœ… Action Steps: None, emails will now be sent for incoming faxes.

πŸ› οΈ Fix - Remove time from evaluation-linked treatment report Date of Service

πŸ‘₯ Audience: Therapists
❗ Issue: Currently, treatment reports that are linked to Evaluations display the same time based on the user's timezone, irrespective of the time that was set on the schedule. Evaluations currently do not have a time associated with them, so for treatment reports that are linked to Evaluations, we will be removing the time portion of their date of service.
βœ… Action Steps: None, this fix is applied automatically.

πŸš€ New Feature - Supplemental documents for patients using Custom Forms

πŸ‘₯ Audience: Therapists
πŸ› οΈ Steps to Access:
Navigate to a Patient
Open the Uploaded Files section
Click β€œAdd supplemental document” (if the user has permission)
πŸ“’ What's new?: Therapists can now create Supplemental documents tied to a patient. These documents use the Custom Form system, allowing organizations to configure the content and structure just like other clinical documentation types.

πŸ› οΈ Fix - Patient invoice payment validation errors now display correctly

πŸ‘₯ Audience: Admins, Billing Staff
❗ Issue: When creating a patient invoice payment failed validation, the form re-rendered without showing any error messages β€” the user only saw the "Choose payment application" step or "paid in full" message with no indication of what went wrong.
βœ… Action Steps: No action needed. Validation errors will now display correctly on the payment form if there is an error upon submitting the form.

πŸ› οΈ Fix - Report exports now use consistent name formatting and preferred names

πŸ‘₯ Audience: Admins, Billing staff, Therapists
❗ Issue: Report exports (visit notes, evaluations, care plans, discharges, billing, payroll, scheduling, etc.) displayed therapist and patient names in inconsistent formats ("First Last" vs "Last, First") and ignored preferred names.
βœ… Action Steps: No user action needed. All exports will now display names in "Last, First" format. Therapist preferred names are automatically used when set.
