π οΈ Fix - Add Medicare code option to Patient Payment Method for non-primary payer claims

β Issue: Adds a code option to the Patient Payment Method if the billable party is Medicare. When billing Medicare as the non-primary payer, this code is included in the claim file.
β Action Steps: For patients with a Medicare payment method, edit their payment methods in the Advanced section. Select the insurance type code applicable to the patient's plan. This code will be used in the claim file when Medicare is the non-primary payer.

β Issue: Emails were not being sent to the second configured email set in user settings for incoming faxes. Emails will now get sent to all emails added to that setting.

π₯ Audience: Therapists
β Issue: Currently, treatment reports that are linked to Evaluations display the same time based on the user's timezone, irrespective of the time that was set on the schedule. Evaluations currently do not have a time associated with them, so for treatment reports that are linked to Evaluations, we will be removing the time portion of their date of service.
β Action Steps: None, this fix is applied automatically.

β Issue: When creating a patient invoice payment failed validation, the form re-rendered without showing any error messages β the user only saw the "Choose payment application" step or "paid in full" message with no indication of what went wrong.
β Action Steps: No action needed. Validation errors will now display correctly on the payment form if there is an error upon submitting the form.
