🛠️ Update - Image size limits and safer handling in Custom Form rich text fields

👥 Audience: Therapists, Admins
📅 Date range affected: Ongoing (existing behavior)
❗ Issue: Large images pasted or dragged into Custom Form rich text fields could cause form submissions to fail due to excessive request or query size.
📢 Resolution: Custom Form rich text editors now enforce a per-image size limit (80 KB). When a user inserts an image:
The system attempts to downsample and convert it to a JPEG automatically.
If the image still exceeds the size limit after compression, it is rejected with a clear warning message.
The editor safely reverts to the last valid content state to prevent data loss or corruption.
✅ Action Steps: No action required. This change applies automatically to all Custom Form rich text fields.

Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
