Summary by Persona (Grouped by Role)

πŸ‘©β€βš•οΈ Clinicians / Therapists

  • Co-signature requests now go to eligible supervisors instead of just one, helping documents get signed faster.

  • Unsigned Plans of Care now appear correctly in Documents needing attention.

  • Visit note signing errors related to duplicate supervisor credentials have been fixed.

πŸ§‘β€πŸ’Ό Admins

  • Submitted insurance claims with payer status updates can now be deleted successfully.

  • A new offboarding warning appears before removing teammates, reminding admins to remove subscription seats first.

  • Co-signature routing is more flexible and reliable across organizations.

πŸ’³ Billers / Guardians

  • Billers: Deleting submitted claims now works even after payer status updates.

  • Guardians/Patients: No direct changes.

πŸš€ New Feature - Co-signatures can now be sent to multiple supervisors

πŸ‘₯ Audience: Therapists, Supervisors, Admins
πŸ› οΈ Steps to Access: No action needed β€” this applies automatically to all clinical documents requiring co-signatures.
πŸ“’ What's new?: When a document requires a co-signature, the signature request is now sent to eligible supervisors rather than just one. If your organization uses caseloads, these will first be used to determine the eligible supervisors. If not, all supervisors are notified of the signature request. The first supervisor to co-sign completes the document. All other pending requests are resolved automatically once one supervisor signs. As part of this update, email notifications for Signature requests must now be explicitly enabled in your settings and will now default to notify you in the Ambiki JetStreamβ„’.

πŸ› οΈ Fix - Submitted insurance claims with payer updates can now be deleted

πŸ‘₯ Audience: Admins, Billers
❗ Issue: Deleting a submitted insurance claim sometimes caused an error instead of completing. This occurred when the claim had received status updates from the payer (for example, accepted or rejected).
βœ… Action Steps: None. Deleting claims that have payer status updates now completes successfully.

πŸ› οΈ Polish - Offboarding warning added before removing teammates

πŸ‘₯ Audience: Admins
❗ Issue: A warning has been added to the individual teammate page in the 'Danger zone' to remind admin to remove subscription seats prior to removing a teammate from the organization.
βœ… Action Steps: None. Warning and a link to the FAQ on how to off board a teammate will appear automatically.

πŸ› οΈ Fix - Unsigned Plans of Care now appear in Documents needing attention

πŸ‘₯ Audience: Therapists
❗ Issue: Unsigned Plans of Care were not appearing for some users in the Home dashboard's "Documents needing attention" section
βœ… Action Steps: None - after this fix, unsigned POCs will automatically appear when users refresh their dashboard

πŸ› οΈ Fix - Visit note signing error with duplicate supervisor credentials

πŸ‘₯ Audience: Therapists, Supervisors
πŸ“… Date range affected: 3/18/2026
❗ Issue: Signing a visit note would fail with an error when the assigned supervisor held multiple matching credentials (e.g., SLP and CCC-SLP), causing a duplicate co-signature request.
βœ… Action Steps: No user action needed. Previously failed signatures can be retried.

Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
