π New Feature - Co-signatures can now be sent to multiple supervisors
π₯ Audience: Therapists, Supervisors, Admins
π οΈ Steps to Access: No action needed β this applies automatically to all clinical documents requiring co-signatures.
π’ What's new?: When a document requires a co-signature, the signature request is now sent to eligible supervisors rather than just one. If your organization uses caseloads, these will first be used to determine the eligible supervisors. If not, all supervisors are notified of the signature request. The first supervisor to co-sign completes the document. All other pending requests are resolved automatically once one supervisor signs. As part of this update, email notifications for Signature requests must now be explicitly enabled in your settings and will now default to notify you in the Ambiki JetStreamβ’.

π₯ Audience: Therapists, Supervisors
