🛠️ Fix - Plan of Care saves correctly after adding/removing AOI or Skilled Interventions
👥 Audience: Therapists, Admins
❗ Issue: When creating or editing a Plan of Care, if a user added an Area of Intervention or Skilled Intervention and then deleted it before saving, the form would fail to save with no clear explanation. The deleted item was being left behind invisibly and confusing the browser into thinking the form was incomplete.
✅ Action Steps: No action required. Users can now freely add and delete Areas of Intervention and Skilled Interventions before saving without the form getting stuck.
