🛠️ Steps to Access: Open the Physician Orders report — the new Date of Birth and NPI columns appear in the table and are included when you export to Excel. No setup required.

📢 What's new?: The Physician Orders report now shows each patient's date of birth and the referring physician's NPI, both on screen and in the Excel export, so you no longer need to add them by hand.

🛠️ Steps to Access: Service logs must be enabled for your organization. Manage authorized signers from the organization admin menu under "Authorized signers."

📢 What's new?: Therapists can now capture a service-log acknowledgment signature from a teacher, daycare worker, school nurse, or other authorized adult — not only legal guardians. Each authorized signer can be saved at the organization level and linked to any number of patients, or captured as a one-time signer at signing time.
