âť— Issue: When a provider was removed from a practice and added to another, physician order faxes were still sent to the old practice, and the provider appeared under both practices in search.
✅ Action Steps: None. The fix is automatic. Existing physician order faxes will now use the provider’s current practice; no manual updates or configuration needed.

📢 What's new?: it's now possible to bookmark a sub section of the patient profile overview page and go back to that exact subsection with the use of a URL#fragment.

🛠️ Fix - Invalid avatar uploads no longer block profile editing

âť— Issue: Some users were unable to open the profile edit page after uploading a non-image file (for example, a PDF or HEIC photo from a phone) as their avatar. The page crashed before they could change or remove the avatar.
