❗ Issue: We fixed an issue where the Edit and Delete buttons for a patient's payment methods did not respond on iPad. The Remove card button in visual schedules had the same issue on iPad.

🚀 New Feature - Track Referral Sources and Methods Separately


👥 Audience: Admins, Schedulers, Therapists

🛠️ Steps to Access: Patient profile, Edit, Referrals tab. The Pending and Waitlisted patient lists have a new Referral method filter.

📢 What's new?: Referrals now have a separate Referral method (website, fax, phone, email, in person, patient portal) alongside the Referral source, so you can track both who referred a patient and how the referral arrived. Referrals previously marked with "Website" as the source now show Website as the method, with the source marked "Not Specified" so you can fill in who referred the patient.

🛠️ Fix - Patients Join Teletherapy Sessions from the Waiting Room


👥 Audience: Therapists, Patients

❗ Issue: A patient waiting for a teletherapy session could be shown a "page couldn't be found" message instead of joining the session.

✅ Action Steps: None. Patients now move from the waiting room into the session as expected. A session link that is no longer valid shows a message asking the patient to request a new link.

🛠️ Fix - Evaluations Use the Correct Rates on Private-Pay Invoices


👥 Audience: Admins, billers and front desk staff who create private-pay invoices from the schedule

❗ Issue: Evaluations and re-evaluations on the schedule showed, and invoiced, the therapy rate instead of the evaluation rate.

✅ Action Steps: None. Evaluations now show the evaluation rate from your service rates. Invoices already created for an evaluation update to the right amount when the evaluation's treatment report is created, or can be edited by hand.

🛠️ Fix - AI Scribe Fills Notes Using Ambiki's Built-In Forms


👥 Audience: Therapists not in Ambiki org using AI Scribe + Ambiki default templates

📅 Date range affected: Since AI Scribe became available

❗ Issue: AI Scribe could finish without filling in a new note that used one of Ambiki's built-in forms.

✅ Action Steps: None. If a note was missed, run AI Scribe on it again.

🛠️ Fix - Invoices Display the Practice's Billing Code Names


👥 Audience: Admins, billers, and families receiving invoices

📅 Date range affected: N/A

❗ Issue: Invoices showed a generic service description instead of the name the practice gave its own billing code.

✅ Action Steps: None. Invoices now show the names of your practice's own billing codes, including invoices already sent.
