❗ Issue: When a parent or patient clicked an older email link to sign for a session they had already signed, they were taken to a signing page that made it look like the session needed to be signed again. This has been fixed so a parent cannot sign twice.

🛠️ Polish - Missing required SMART components now show on collapsed section header
👥 Audience: Therapists, Admins (anyone building custom form templates)
❗ Issue: When required SMART components were missing from a template, the indicator was only visible after expanding the SMART Components section. Now you'll see on the accordion title button that something is required.
✅ Action Steps: None — the SMART Components header now shows a red border when a required component is missing, even while the section is collapsed.

👥 Audience: Therapists and admins at practices that use facility invoicing.
❗ Issue: In certain facility invoicing workflows, visit notes could continue showing a “billing needed” notification even after billing had already been completed. This could happen when facility billing or service entries were created before or after the related visit note.
✅ Action Steps: No action needed. Visit notes and facility billing entries now automatically link correctly regardless of workflow order, and the “billing needed” notification will clear automatically once billing is complete.

This includes smart control labels (patient name, date of birth, sex, email, phone, timezone), signature block, form buttons (Save, Cancel, Sign), required field tooltips, status labels, and validation messages.

📢 What's new?: On the schedule, in-person events that have a location attached now display the location name on the event tile instead of just "In-person". In the week view the name is shortened to fit the narrower columns; the day view shows the full name.
