π New Feature: Service Logs and Authorized Signatures
π₯ Audience: Therapists, Admins
Β π οΈ Steps to Access: Available to turn on through the edit organization menu. Settings can also be accessed from the organization admin menu > Service logs
Β π’ Whatβs new?: Weβve added Service Logs to patient profiles! When this feature is enabled for the organization and patient, an event marked as present on the schedule will automatically create a service log entry linking the event to its clinical document. These entries can then be signed by a parent, legal guardian, caretaker, or patient (if over 18) as proof that the service occurred at the recorded date and time. Signatures can then be attached directly to the clinical document (evaluation or visit note) or grouped into a Service Log, which can be printed and submitted to payers as verified proof of service.Β
