Summary by Persona (Grouped by Role)

👩‍⚕️ Clinicians / Therapists

  • POC Duration Fix: You can now set the full plan-of-care length (no more “minus one day”).

  • Teletherapy Links & Buttons: Today’s session link is visible from the calendar event; “Start session” only appears on today’s teletherapy events (less confusion).

🧑‍💼 Admins

  • Treatment Report Reloads: Reloading now respects the patient payment-method sequence.

  • Teletherapy Access: Patient teletherapy link surfaces on the day’s calendar event for easy sharing.

💳 Billers / Guardians

  • Fewer Admin Hiccups lead to smoother scheduling and documentation handoffs; no direct action needed.

🛠️ Fix: Treatment Report Reload Uses Payment Method Sequence

 👥 Audience: Admins
📅 Date range affected: Late September to present
❗ Issue: Reloading treatment reports now correctly use the sequence of the patient's payment methods.
✅ Action Steps: Certain treatment reports which were intended to be reloaded can now be done successfully.

🛠️ Fix: Plan of Care Max Length Now Gives Full Duration

 👥 Audience: Everyone
❗ Issue: If you had your EMR settings to limit the maximum length of a plan of care, it was forcing you to set it that max date minus one day. So for example; If you set the max distance to 6 months it wasn't actually letting the fully 6 months happen, you'd have to set it to 6 months minus 1 day. That issue has been resolved. It now gives you the full length.

🛠️ Polish: Patient Teletherapy Link on Today’s Calendar Event

 👥 Audience: Therapists, Admins
❗ Issue: The patient teletherapy link was only available in the Teletherapy Front Desk, which only therapists can access. Adding the link to the Schedule calendar Teletherapy event (for the current day’s session) allows both therapists and admins to easily send the patient’s daily session link from the event view.
 ✅ Action Steps: None

🛠️ Polish: “Start Session” Button Limited to Today’s Teletherapy Events

 👥 Audience: Therapists, Admins
❗ Issue: Future recurring teletherapy events showed the Start session button, causing confusion. The button is now limited to the current date’s teletherapy event for clarity.
 ✅ Action Steps: None

Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
