She kicked off her career in policy enactment in Washington DC but soon discovered her love was in business development, so pursued her MBA at the University of Miami while working as a sales consultant, trainer, and coach. Charlotte developed a passion for sales leadership, business growth, accountability, and helping clients thrive through optimization.
