How to manage your organization's subscription as an invoiced customer.

To manage your organization's subscription as an invoiced customer, ensure you are signed in to Ambiki and on the main dashboard: 


 


1.     Click on the dropdown next to your organization name, on the top left-hand corner and select 'Subscription’.

2.     Click the 'Manage user plans & add-ons' tab and select the teammate you want to manage (by default, subscriptions start on the Basic plan). Then click 'Manage subscription'.

3.     Adjust the plan and add or remove any add-ons as needed. When you’re finished, click 'Update subscriptions' to save your changes.

4.     Payment Terms. You can pay your invoices easily by mailing a check of all owed payments to:

5.    To remove a user from paid billing: change the user’s plan to Basic and uncheck any add-ons (if applicable). When you’re finished, click Update subscriptions to save your changes.
