How to Remove All Permissions From a Teammate Within Your Organization
When a therapist leaves an organization, you can remove all of their permissions, so that they no longer have access to your organization.
If you use payroll, we recommend keeping them in your organization until after the final payroll is completed. You can remove their subscription seat by switching them to a basic plan. You will also be able to edit the total number of seats purchased for your organization on your subscription page. Please see these articles in regard to updating subscriptions.
To remove all permissions from a teammate within your organization follow these 3 steps:
Step 1:
Organization Menu > Click on Teammates

Note: You can also remove the teammate's account from your organization by selecting Remove account from Organization at the bottom right.
We recommend waiting until after the final payroll is completed before removing them from your organization.
If a teammate is only leaving temporarily, we recommend keeping them in your organization. You can remove their subscription seat by changing them to the basic plan.
