How do I populate Visit Notes to the Patient Portal?
To populate visit notes to the patient portal, you must enable the sharing of clinical documentation to the patient portal. To do this go to Organization menu > Edit organization > EMR settings.
Scroll down to the Patient portal and check the box that says Show clinical documents for patients in the patient portal

**Note: This shares all clinical documentation, not just visit notes.
Share parent friendly summaries from visit notes to the patient portal:
Click on Patients on the left navigation menu. Choose a patient from your patient list.
Click Actions > Edit at the top right of the patient profile page.

Click on Settings and ensure that the checkbox labeled Show visit note parent-friendly summaries in the Ambiki Patient Portal is checked. Click Save patient when finished to save your settings.

Patients can view the parent friendly summaries in the patient portal by logging into their account and clicking on the Past visits button in the top navigation menu.
