The Teletherapy Front Desk is a place for you to view what teletherapy events you have for the day, create a teletherapy session, access the teletherapy session link, open the teletherapy session, edit the event, send the link to the patient’s email and manually send the session link to a patient. After the session you can view session details to see start/end times, notes & recordings.
Why would I need to manually send a patient the teletherapy session link?
If the patient is having trouble accessing the session from the confirmation/event reminder email, you can manually send the link to the patient's email or copy and paste the session link and send it to them. However, it is recommended that patients access the teletherapy session from the teletherapy event emails.
Send the link to the patient's email:

Copy the session link to send to the patient:

Select 'View session details' to see the details of the session.
