We're excited to introduce a new viewing option in the Calendar! You can now toggle between the standard view (where each staff member has their own column) and a new "merged view" that shows all events in a single calendar. 

 
What's new: 

Look for the gear icon in the top right of your calendar - clicking it reveals our new options menu

The "Merged view" toggle combines all selected therapists calendars into one view, making it easier to see their schedules at once
Switch between Day, Week, and Timeline views while keeping your merged view preference
Your view preference is automatically saved, so the calendar will remember your setting even after you close your browser
This update makes it easier to get a big-picture view of all scheduled appointments across your organization or selected group of therapists, while still allowing you to quickly switch back to the detailed therapist-by-therapist view when needed.
