Plan of Care (POC) Alert Logic Update
- When a Plan of Care is discontinued, associated alerts will no longer be automatically marked as completed—ensuring therapists continue to receive critical notifications on their home screen.
277 Status Update Consistency
- We’ve prevented a completed or partially paid treatment report from reverting to “accepted” status when a 277 status update is received, eliminating confusion by keeping the most advanced payment status intact.
Onboarding Notifications for Pending Portal Users
- Onboarding notifications are no longer sent to users who are still pending portal access, reducing unnecessary messages and streamlining the onboarding process.
Enhanced Date Validations for Billing To-Dos
- We’ve updated the year field to only accept valid four-digit years, preventing errors caused by accidental extra digits. This change ensures more reliable date entries.
