Service Rate Modifier Code Fix
We’ve resolved an issue with automatically applying location-based service rates. The correct modifier code will now be properly applied to future claims.

Patient Portal Invite Updates
A spelling error and an issue with patient portal invites for users previously part of an organization have been corrected, ensuring a smoother invite process.

Facility Invoice Enhancements
Permitted users can now:

  • Add partial payments to facility invoices.
  • Add or delete write-off amounts on facility invoices.
These updates provide more flexibility and control over managing facility invoices.

Teammate Invoice Adjustments for Current Payroll Period
You can now add adjustments to a teammate's invoice during the current payroll period, eliminating the need to wait until payroll is finalized to make necessary changes.

Treatment Report Payment Status Updates
The treatment report form now displays "Payment status" errors if the value is blank, helping users address missing information promptly.

Accurate 'Used Visits' Count for Authorizations
We’ve resolved discrepancies in the ‘Used Visits’ count for patient authorizations across different views, ensuring consistent and accurate tracking.

Improved Claim Matching
Claim matching has been enhanced for greater accuracy in billing workflows.

PDF Generation Improvements for Custom Reports
PDFs of custom reports now more closely replicate the web browser view. Key improvements include:

  • Section headers no longer wrapping unnecessarily.
  • Images maintaining aspect ratios when resized.
  • Proper alignment (left, center, right) for rich text images.
  • Tables no longer overlapping with previous elements and maintaining accurate spacing.
  • More precise relative text sizing (tiny, small, big, huge).

Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
