Editable Private Pay Invoices (Unpaid Only)
Users can now edit the charge amount of private pay invoices before they are paid. This ensures greater flexibility in adjusting automatic invoices for copayments to reflect the actual amount that needs to be charged.

Improved Incomplete Intake Document Handling
When therapists open incomplete intake documents, the form now displays an alert at the top of the page indicating that it is a "print-only page." This prevents confusion and saves time by clearly informing users that the form is uneditable and cannot be saved.

Authorization Status Now Required Before Saving
The authorization workflow has been updated to require a status before saving. This ensures all authorizations are properly categorized and complete.

Enhanced Organization Payroll Current Period Excel Export
We’ve made the following improvements to the payroll Excel export to improve usability for analysis and filtering:

  • Removed subheaders for cleaner formatting.
  • Added the therapist's name to every row for better traceability.
  • Standardized duration formatting to display in minutes for easier calculations.

New Billing Dashboard for Outstanding Patient Responsibility
A new billing dashboard has been added to help organizations track patients with outstanding responsibility amounts. The dashboard provides:

  • A two-week retrospective and one-week forward view of invoices and sessions.
  • Highlighted cases requiring manual action to apply or process payments. This enhancement streamlines billing processes, reduces missed payments, and improves financial tracking.

Faster Organization Edit Page
The "Edit Organization" page (accessible via Organization Menu -> Edit Organization) now loads faster, improving user experience and reducing delays.

Fix for "Signed but Not Billed" Treatment Reports
Treatment reports that have been manually billed to insurance are now correctly excluded from the "Signed but not billed" query, ensuring accurate reporting.

Multi-Payer Claims Preparation Fix
We’ve resolved an issue in the invoice menu interface when preparing multi-payer claims. The process is now stable and error-free, allowing users to generate claims smoothly.

Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
