🚀 New Feature - Facility Invoices that do not yet have payments can be adjusted

• 👥 Audience: Admins

• 🛠️ Steps to Access: 
  • User has permission:  User can Manage all Facility Invoices for the Organization.
  • Choose a facility invoice that does not yet have any payments.
  •  There is a new entry "Reinvoice Facility" under Actions when viewing the existing invoice.
  • Choose what you would like on your new invoice and then choose Preview Invoice. Continue this until invoice is correct and then choose Create Invoice.

• 📢 What's new?: Facility Invoices that have no payments can be reinvoiced allowing items to be added, removed, reconfigured, or split into multiple facility invoices.
  
  

🛠️ Fix - Document created from 'Events Missing Documentation' auto-populates the date correctly

• 👥 Audience: Therapists
• ❗ Issue: When users clicked on a discharge or evaluation from the 'Events missing documentation' module, the date field in the form would not auto-populate as expected, potentially leading to incomplete or inaccurate entries.
• ✅ Action Steps: No action needed from users. The date will now automatically populate as expected when starting these clinical documents from the homepage module.
