Recurring Event Editing Restrictions

  • If your organization prevents editing of past events, you’ll be unable to update all occurrences of a recurring event. This preserves the integrity of locked past records.

Intake Form Signature Settings

  • We fixed an issue where creating a new intake form based on a template requiring a signature would sometimes fail to include the signature block. The system now checks the original template settings before saving, ensuring that any form marked as “requires signature” will properly display the signature block for patients.

Canceled Event Visit Note Linking

  • We fixed a bug where no-show/canceled event visit notes weren’t correctly linked to their events. Attendance tracking now accurately shows visit notes for canceled events.

Patient Name Updates

  • Patient name changes/updates are now promptly reflected in the patient list, ensuring consistency and reducing confusion across your system.

Thank you for choosing Ambiki.
