New Feature: Secure Patient Messaging
Therapists can now securely message patients, legal guardians directly through Ambiki and the Ambiki Patient Portal. This new feature removes the need for external secure email tools and ensures all PHI remains within Ambiki’s HIPAA-compliant environment. Messages can include attachments, enhancing both the efficiency and security of therapist-parent communication. When a new message is sent, patients receive an email notification with a secure link to view the message within the Ambiki Patient Portal.
