New Service Rate Record Listing
- Organization Admin Access: Admins can now view and export a comprehensive list of all service rates across their organization. Access this new feature by visiting ambiki.com/service-rates or through the Organization Admin menu at the top.
Facility Invoicing Form & Invoice Improvements
- Removed Timepicker: Only the date of service is stored, so the timepicker has been removed to simplify the form.
- Multiple Patient Fix: Correctly saves multiple patients on a single invoice, eliminating prior errors.
- Vertical Layout: A redesigned form layout makes it easier to enter multiple entries efficiently.
- Invoice Column Order: “Date of Service” and “Patient(s)” now appear side by side, helping you spot and correct duplicate entries more quickly.
Facility Invoice Excel Export
- You can now export facility invoices to Excel, offering an easy way to share or archive billing information outside of Ambiki.
Export of Non-Standard Service Entries
- Facility Invoice Services can also be exported to Excel, giving you more flexibility in managing and reviewing detailed service records.
