How to create a new patient from the patient status tabs 

 

To create a new patient from the patient status tabs, ensure you are logged in to Ambiki and on the main dashboard:  

 

 

 
 

 

 

 

 

2. In the Patient Dashboard, you will find a series of tabs at the top, each representing a different patient status. These tabs include the status "Pending", “Waitlisted”, “Assigned”, “Active”, “Inactive” and “Record sealed”.  

 

 

 
 

 

 

 

 

3. Click on the tab that corresponds to the status of the new patient that you would like to create. For example, if you want to create a waitlisted patient, click on the "Waitlisted" tab.  

4. Once you’ve chosen a status for the new patient, click on ‘Actions’ and select ‘Create Patient’.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

5. Input your patient details and click on the button labelled ‘Save Patient’ to finish up.
