How to set up my organization for SMS reminders

First navigate to SMS Settings by going to Organization Menu -> Edit Organization > SMS Settings.

Fill out the organization details. When getting to job position and job titles we understand this may seem redundant, but it is what is requested in order to complete the registration process. If you are not the owner of the business you can choose Other and then type in your job position in the next field. ​

Please be sure to double check that all information is correct as once you move to the next step you will be unable to navigate back to make changes to this page. 
 
The next page you can select the phone number that will send and receive messages. You can type in an Area Code and choose a State then click Search and all available numbers with the area code you chose will appear in the list below. Choose a number by clicking Select; the number will have text and call capabilities.​

Once you click “Select”, a modal will appear, where you can set up your call forwarding number (optional). ​

You are able to go back to this screen and click Edit if you would like to change the call forwarding number.
