What Are the Different Types of Diagnosis Codes I Can Add to a Physician Order?

The diagnosis codes offered on Physician Orders is to give practices some verbiage flexibility depending on when they are sending the order. The type of dx code picked is selected by the admin processing the physician order and the selected option does not affect the diagnosis code itself. This is simply what appears on the order for the physician. Diagnosis codes for patients can be added either through the patient profiles diagnosis codes section, or through an Evaluation that uses a diagnosis code SMART component.
