I love speech and language therapy, and kiddos with complex communication needs have a special place in my heart! I have experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Specific Language Impairment, and Speech impairments. My favorite therapy is working with early intervention kiddos to establish communicative intent and early language. There isn't much in the world more rewarding than helping a child find their voice! 

Some of my favorite ways to spend a day are hiking (nothing too difficult - well maintained trails only!), walking at a park, or bingeing a new TV show. I'm always taking new show recommendations!
