Ambiki's permission system enables easy creation and assignment of permission groups like Therapists, Admins, and Organization Owners. Users can clone or create groups, customize permissions, and assign them to teammates effortlessly. Here's how:

Step 1: Navigate to Organization Menu 

Step 2: Click on 'Organization Permissions'

Step 3: A new permission group can be added from scratch/ or an existing permission group can be cloned:
Add a new permission group by clicking : 'create a new permission group'

or' Clone' a permission group (by clicking on an exisiting group)

Step 4: If cloning a group, click + Clone Group in upper right hand corner

Step 5: Name your new permission group which you can use to assign new or existing teammates, save

Step 6: You can then go through and tailor each permission to meet the needs of your practice and that specific permission's role
